As the Aave Ecosystem develops, it becomes increasingly important that a governance administration exists to enhance Aave Governance Processes. Aave Governance can be developed in such a manner that the interests of various stakeholders can be effectively balanced.
Through our delegate initiative, StableLab intends to act as a governance administrator for Aave DAO. We will dedicate a governance analyst (Kene), who already focuses on Aave as a delegate to be responsible for acting out the responsibilities outlined in the post. This initiative will also provide the Aave DAO access to the StableLab team and resources.

As a governance administrator, our work at Aave would primarily be split into two separate categories; the primary focus of our work would be to improve Aave Governance through proposals and implementing operational changes, and the other half of our work would include stakeholder engagement in this aspect of our duties we will constantly be communicating with Aave DAO stakeholders to ensure that the DAOs current Governance Processes are effectively balanced.
